The institutions are advised to take into account the available resources, to develop the educational material in accordance with the accessibility guidelines that will be formed by the horizontal action, to the extent that they believe this is feasible to be realized during this project.

Priorities

Priority should be given in creating digital undergraduate courses, since they can clearly be addressed in larger audiences than the postgraduate courses.
